หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop comprehensive reports analyzing marketing data, campaign performance, and market trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Use your strategic planning skills to define clear marketing objectives, identify growth opportunities, and create actionable plans that align with the overall business goals.
• Oversee the efficient and effective execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful outcomes.
• Employ your excellent organizational and project management skills to plan and coordinate marketing initiatives, anticipate challenges, allocate resources, and maintain a well-structured approach.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the cannabis retail industry or a similar highly regulated industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and utilizing insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Adaptability to navigate the dynamic and evolving cannabis retail industry, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed.
• A track record of delivering results and driving business growth through well-executed marketing initiatives.
• Strong with event and Business with cannabis.
