หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• • Maintain a full set of accounts for the holding company and SBS International School Bangkok
• • Perform regular month-end closing activities to ensure accurate and updated accounting records, including prepayments, accruals, bank reconciliation, and accounts reconciliation
• • Update and maintain the fixed assets register, ensuring accurate records of asset acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation
• • Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and payment tracking
• • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collection of payments
• • Analyze accounts receivable aging reports and provide regular updates to the management
• • Manage the accounts payable process, including the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices
• • Verify and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, resolving discrepancies as needed
• • Manage all sales transactions on the POS system with high accuracy and efficiency
• • Prepare withholding tax, VAT, and corporate income tax filing
• • Support external auditors during annual audits by providing documentation and explanations
• ● Develop and maintain adequate internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
• ● Perform any other tasks as assigned
• ● The role also includes working in Procurement and HR functions until the school establishes itself with more students and staff
• ● Occasional weekend work may be required for roadshows and special events

• Accounting licence (CPD) *Required
• Experience in service delivery in a school environment would be desirable
• Operational experience of School Management Accounting Systems
• Budget and Profit & Loss ownership
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Degree or higher level qualification in related area, Accounting is preferred, consistent with having a CPD license
• Personal qualities/skills: Data driven
• Warmth of personality
• High energy
• Excellent fluency in English and Thai
• Teamworker
